There's still something to be said for this song from the Foo Fighters' debut. I got to hear it yesterday at a Smoothie King in Springfield, and like magic it was 1996 all over again. Play Loud!

play loud ... always! :)
Dissing the Foo Fighters is like dissing a former Beatles' post-Beatles project; yes it's not as good as the first band, but c'mon, he was in Nirvana!
Also, Grohl is like 20 times more talented at everything than Ringo. Even though I think Ringo was a good drummer.
No dissing here; I've generally been less and less fond of their albums as they've focused on hard rock but this particular song still works for me. And yes, there's no denying Dave Grohl's talent, given he and his wife played everything on this album. That's nuts.
my goodness, this instantly brings back memories of the first time i saw this. i was at a pizza joint about to head over to the arcade, and i stood there looking at the tv just wondering 'what the hell is that thing floating above them...' haha
I had forgotten about it... thanks for the reminder!
Still works like a sock-rocking charm.

And the video.... I actually remember myself watching it on the telly. Oh the memories!
