Alot of talk has circulated around drum 'n' bass about the new kids of the block, Noisia. Some ppl have compared them to Pendulum, but I'm not so sure about that. Theyve got two 12"s out at the moment, End Game and Bad Dreams, niether of which I think are good, but the other tune that causing ripples is Gutterpump, which is a sick tune and is being canned by big DJs such as Annie Mac. Theres ALSO a heavy remix of the Freestylers/Pendulum (lol) tune "Painkiller". They don't convince me enough, and none of them tunes touch Pendulum's Slam, easily one of the best dance songs in the past few years

Copped this album Monday and its unbelievable, seriously one of the albums of the year. Kinda annoying that i've already heard most of the album, through radio and the leaked advance, but it's still a sick album. Kanye actually lends a beat, but it's not up to his usual standards, and most of the production is handled by two almost unknown beatmakers, Prolyfic and Soundtrakk, who's beats are straight fire. Make sure you check it out if you haven't already.

I'm not a big hip-hop fan, I'm a rocker chick to the core. But I saw the video for Kick Push the other day, and hot damn I am fucking impressed. Yet another great MOG find.

Pretty solid album, I'll agree with you there. But Kanye's beat on "The Cool" is DEFINATELY up to par with his usual shit. The track sounds so eerie, it fits Lupe's story like a glove.
