...I never look on Pollstar, personally, I just rely on all the press releases; PR pushes; email blasts from other labels to keep up...but if you're in LA, you can do what ilcv & I did when he came...grab a pint of oat soda and look in the band section of the LA Weekly ...too, there's the L.A. Citybeat (which isn't as extensive but both are a good start when searching for bands hitting in La-La Land...in NYC the Voice...in Atlanta, the Creative Loafer...in DC, the city paper...and nauseum...
