MOG MOG

WHERE E=MC HAMMER

Artist:
Track: Bloodstains, Too Young to Die, Everything Turns Grey, Miserlou, The Last Goodbye, No Such Thing, A cry for Help in A

I was waaay too young to be in on Agent Orange when they first dropped their debut LP Living in Darkness but luckily, through the magic of analog recording/ digital remastering I can turn back the hands of time to September 1981 (a month before my 9th birthday, yo)...on Slash/ Rhino's re-ish, of the seminal set opens with the original version of "Bloodstains" which chugs up in your facial like a Jaws' dorsal fin and then it's on to the passable "Too Young to Die" followed by the equally ignorable "Everything Turns to Grey"...things start getting interesting see full review here

Those dudes are only about 6 years older than you! Definately the tightest and metalic of all the so-cal 80-81 hardcore bands. When Offspring did the guitar solo for the Keep 'em Separated song it was directly lifted from Bloodstains. Check out the Adolescents! They were by far my favorite.
