...Looks like somebody's got a case of the Mondays?...Dude, who in the fuck says something like that?...Man, you can get yourself FUCKED UP for saying some shit like that to the wrong person"...Well, its overcast and grey on the outside here in LA today...when the sun don't shine out here, the temperature drops as does everyone's ability to suffer fools and banalities that are ordinarily waved off with those fake-ass smiles that you eventually learn to see right through...but at least the weather rocks 90% of the year, such is not the case at the moment, however...or maybe I'm the only one in the whole of the city who feels this way but I don't think so...I reviewed this LP about a year ago on MOG (like right after I started to post here)...I still love checking this set on meteorologically crap-tacular days like this; thought I'd slap it on with a couple of tracks, if you're in the same boat...here's a little sound to go with the the original review that went like this...

...Asura’s Lost Eden floats out of speakers like nimbus stratus aural puffs as soon as “play†is pressed. New Age heads looking for something interesting in the atmospheric pop vein will get their kicks with “From the Abyss†which offers wails from way past Pluto’s zip code. With just under a full hour of tunes, you can open your chakras with the upbeat, yet soothing “Land & Freedom†or “The Battle of Devas†which clocks in at just over 10 minutes and builds into a lugubrious sashay—solid. Taken as a whole, Lost Eden is a set of very kicked back cuts that are very good for, well, kicking back. Although there are a couple “lets-noodle-on-the-keyboards†Jan Hammer sequences, they’re forgiveable. If you’re a fan of Vangelis, Deep Forest or even Sweetback (Sade’s backup band) then go ahead and round out your collection because this album will do you no wrong...
