Hey Mog, what's crack-a-latin'?...I'll make this short and sweet...I've been playing the "can I put you on hold game" with IT dudes all day while trying to get all my IDs in order on this gig I'm working for a couple of weeks...it's mostly film archiving which is very boring...I'm an idea man, I thrive in creative circumstances...ok, bitching and moaning will desist...*NOW* as I take this moment of holding a telephone receiver cradled in my ear to conclude my little trip back into the 80s with a couple of cuts from one of my favorite films/ soundtracks from that era...Ferris Beuller's Day Off...I'm looking out the window onto sunny Los Angeles wishing I could be out on the PCH...the top down...listening to The Flowerpot Men...shite...two more hours...tick, tock...

I believe you already established the "Ferris" reference in "Family Guy" when they used the Beat track during a Stewie-runs-wild-thru-the-'burbs sequence. But the Flowerpot Men and SSS? @charles: I don't do the Wayne Newton...Elvis, Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. are as "Vegas-y" as I can get (well, I like a couple of Charlie "the Silver Fox" Rich's cuts but that's about it)...
@Mikey: yeah, man...and oddly enough it was a video I'd put on a comment to the chuck-ster...I liked the tune (and we couldn't load mp3 players aback then you're slapping a 'geezer' date on all of us...(next month will be a fekkin' year on here)...my how time flies when you start talking tunage...(and avoiding the news)...
