Fila Brazillia: Found Some Funk Buried in My iPod

Posted over 2 years ago
...I just stumbled across a couple of great tracks from Fila Brazillia buried in my digital files that were recorded for the Pork label back in the late 90s and into the early aughties (Black Market Gardening and Another Late Night, respectively)...as I type this, I'm checking "T Plays it Cool ( w/ Marvin Gaye)" with a cup of coffee-- it's a funky fusion of syncopated bass, moogy synthesizers and sax...check it out below...

  3. CrashPryor says @Charles: yeah, it works either way, I like this kind stuff when I'm trying to motivate in the AM but it could also be checked when winding down after a long day... @CooP: I can't take all the credit, Micki hooked me up with that album when she was here...LMK if you need it through our usual means and I'll blah-blah-blah...glad you liked it...
