...I've been checking a little Kraftwerk this morning while doing my thing and came across a cut that really gets the typing juices flowing: "Tour de France"...I'd mentioned in a Championship Mog entitled "*Hip Hop’s Brothers from Another Mother*":http://mog.com/CrashPryor/blog_post/36263 that "*the Duo from Düsseldorf*":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kraftwerk had inspired Greg Broussard's Hip Hop classic "Egyptian Lover" and many other artists in the genre back in the 80s when collectives over in NYC had begun to dabble in the electronic milieu around that time...Recognize, son: Check this live Kraftwerk performance in Paris and see for yourself:

Gee-nee-us! My affection for Ralf and Florian knows no bounds, C.P. And have you heard Señor Coconut's wonderful Latin interpretations of the Kraftwerk canon? It's an entire album - "El Baile Alemán" - featuring "Showroom Dummies" as a cha-cha, "Home Computer" as a merengue, "Trans Europe Express" as cumbia, and so on. Brill!

Yes... Yes...Yes!
That takes me back to break dancing on some spray painted cardboard in front of the house circa 1984. That is a true classic and I got chills watching the video!!!
