...Way back in the days when dinosaurs like Duran Duran, A Flock of Seagulls and the Thompson Twins ruled the earth's surface, Kidd Video was a cartoon show that used to air when I was a snot-nosed "tween" cutting his teeth in the music-vid age just after MTV got bout-it, bout-it and killed the radio star...every Saturday morning, I'd watch the KV show and follow the marginal-at-best plotlines to get my video fix on the latest, hypest tracks and artists (the real-life videos were laced into said questionable plotlines)...I just had my iTunes on shuffle as I worked and ABC's "How to Be a Millionaire" came on and it reminded me that I'd first seen this cartoon video on a cartoon video show as a kid and thinking: "this is like looking into a mirror in the funhouse...I like the tune, obviously, so I thought I'd throw up the video I saw that day...and yeah, I've been caught listening to "Electric Barbarella" but that's niether here nor there...here's the vid, yo...
