I've been really busy during these Thanksgiving holidays, so I have not spent much time posting or reading other posts. I actually don't have much time to make this post either, so it will be somewhat brisk.
Earlier in this month, Grizzly Bear released a new EP entitled "Friend." My personal favorite track off of it so far is "He Hit Me." It is one of the few original songs on the EP, however. This may be surprising seeing as the EP is 11 songs long. That is the length of a full LP! However, the rest of the EP is alternate versions of previous songs, including some covers of Grizzly Bear songs by other bands, including recent Apple-commercial famed Cansei de Ser Sexy.

Hole actually covered this on their MTV Unplugged performance. I believe it's a Carole King song. I like the Grizzly Bear, softer, slower version, and you should check out the Hole version. I know Hole is like, ehhhh but it's good.
