WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

The Polyphonic Spree are better live than they are on album

And I didn't think that was possible.Saw this show back in July. But, I'm trying to fill in my entire summer. So. You know. Bare with me.I don't know if I can fully ever encompass how fantastic that night was. The Polyphonic Spree is a band that my friend Melissa introduced me to, what? 5 months ago, maybe?, and, we're all so glad she did. Brooke and I saw them tonight. Oh man. Soooooooo good. And it's happy. Talk about a 100% guaranteed pick me up!Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket(click for the rest of my pictures)They played a whole lot of the new album (though, no Guaranteed Night Life or Overblow Your Nest, but, you can't win 'em all). It was two hours of AMAZINGNESS. Y'all should check them out. RIGHT NOW.This band has 23 people in it currently. It's massive. And impressive. And amazing. And. And. And. Yeah.So got a set list. Though, the encore was an hour of it's own. It was amazing. I can't say amazing enough. Really. I can't. Let's see if I can list off a percentage of what they played. I didn't take it down, because I don't yet know all the titles to them all yet. Running Away, Get up and Go, Fragile Army, Younger Yesterday, We Crawl, Light to Follow, Watch Us Explode, Championship, Together We're Heavy, When the Fool Becomes a King, Lithium, Soldier Girl, Light and Day, Hanging Around, It's the Sun.... that's a pretty big list.
