In over 40 years of playing music, Billy Preston crossed paths with many greats, including Sam Cooke. He recorded this burning b-3 instrumental for Sam's label SAR in '63, and just a few years later he was hanging out with the Beatles..Damn. Happy Friday

I love organs (that should prove a starting point for them) and have to say that every time I hear one I think of the Inspiral Carpets, a bad from the 'Madchester' scene in the 90's here in the UK. This funked!! Ta.
