Funky Friday Blaxploitation Mix

Posted about 4 years ago
I believe this runs in the outcredits of Coffy.I've posted on my "imaginary Whitesploitation":http://mog.com/Cody_B/blog_post/82502 World before, but I really haven't delved into the very real world of Afro-Cinema in the 70's though.I've recently acquired a few soundtrack items from that time and so I feel I can come correct with a decent mix. 3. Dzendvokh says I'm a Roy Ayers Fan, have a number of his albums. There's a lot of cheese that is mixed in but even some of that I dig. This looks like a pretty good soundtrack. Looking forward to the M...ix

  4. Cody B says Outside of Superfly, I don't think too many of these stand up as whole albums, but there are some great moments..Coffy ain't perfect..but I think that holds true for a lot of Roy records.
