When I could get away, I saw MGMT (they've got what it takes to headline the Pyramid one day), British Sea Power (faultless performance), Yeasayer (who were on fire) Amy Winehouse (great set though watching her is starting to feel like voyeurism now) and The National (a powerful and moving set).
I snuck out of the BBC compound to watch a bit of Leonard Cohen from the side of the stage and was very impressed. The word from colleagues in the crowd was that this was the performance of the weekend. Sadly he didn't agree to be filmed, so I can't see the whole thing.
I only managed 2.5 Jay Z songs -- great performer, but not for me. I also caught a bit of James Blunt's set - which was glorious - and about 3 Neil Diamond songs. I'd say from the expression on his face when he came on stage that he was not entirely sure what he'd let himself in for but was enjoying it anyway.
If you're in the UK I think you can see most of the headlines sets on the website.
