Ok, wow. So two weeks ago, I had the best weekend of my life… I’ve been in love with the Chili’s since I was about 9 and for so many reasons beyond my control, the Stadium Arcadium tour was the first opportunity I have had to see them. And my God, it was fucking fantastic! I got to the front row this night! Right on the Barrier with Flea 2metres away from me!! So overall, it was an amazing experience, I heard songs that I’d never, ever thought I’d hear live! Unlike other concerts that I’ve been to where I talk about what they didn’t play, I’ve been going on about what they did play in complete and total amazement and appreciation. I started bawling like a bitch when Wet Sand came on, especially with John’s solo (that man is God…).I just have to take a moment to be a soppy fan and thank these guys for being, well, them! They are all equally beautiful and talented men that know how to fuckin’ rock! And being in the same room as them when they play, when they are playing to you is such an amazing feeling. Oh and a little mention for Josh Klinghoffer who is totally amazing! I’m not even going to attempt to go into more detail about how great these shows were because I could go on forever or more so than I already have… Although, I must also point out how fucking awesome the crowds were on both nights, these guys went off and made it even more of an enjoyable experience, you could just feel the love in the room!!Phew, *takes breath*
