On Monday, Jan. 29th 1979, 16 year old Brenda Ann Spencer opened fire on Cleveland Elementary School in San Diego, CA. By the time it was over she had killed two adults and injured eight children. She offered no explanation other than, "I don't like Mondays." Bob Geldof was moved enough by the story to write the song. I can't help but wonder what he thinks about the tragedy in Blacksburg yest
