I Don't Like Mondays

On Monday, Jan. 29th 1979, 16 year old Brenda Ann Spencer opened fire on Cleveland Elementary School in San Diego, CA. By the time it was over she had killed two adults and injured eight children. She offered no explanation other than, "I don't like Mondays." Bob Geldof was moved enough by the story to write the song. I can't help but wonder what he thinks about the tragedy in Blacksburg yesterday. There is nothing that I can do or say that will adequately express the sorrow we all feel for everybody affected by the tragedy at VaTech yesterday. I guess this is my little way of saying our thoughts and prayers are with you.
