MOG, is it?

Posted over 3 years ago
Hello Moggers,I have never posted on here before, and despite having had MOG in my bookmarks for ages, have only just gotten round to joining, right in the middle of my exams - perfect!Anyway, what to talk about? I suppose it should be music, since that's why we're here, right? I am currently thinking of making a (for want of a better term) 'Man Mix' of several songs whose titles end in 'Man'... So far, I am gonna attempt to mix Soul Man (Sam & Dave) with Method Man (Method Man) with Trouble Man (Marvin Gaye) with Pusherman (Curtis Mayfield)... should be interesting if I can get it right. Other possible contenders are the Batman theme and Apeman by the Kinks. Any suggestions in a similar vein are most welcome... I'll attach Apeman to this post I think, since it's a great tune.OK, that's my first MOG post. I'll probably be back!

  6. Cheekyal says Hey, Thanks to everyone that has replied - some great suggestions - have thought of a few more myself - Mr. Tambourine Man by Bob Dylan of course, plus some others that others have mentioned... Any more Hip-hop type ones very much appreciated - will definitely be using the NWA one - thanks brand X... Will also try to include This Charming Man (thanks Anna), Stand By Your Man (genius brittanybf) and I need to get hold of Immigration Man by Graham Nash deadmandeadman - if it's like the Graham Nash stuff I have heard, that should work a treat for what I am thinking... Thanks to everyone for the welcomes too - I think I am gonna enjoy this site!
