Britney Spears will have a lot of free time to concentrate on her new album, due mid-November, now that a Los Angeles judge has put the pop star's two boys in the full custody of her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Spears had until this Wednesday to deliver Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to Federline, but made the drop-off yesterday (Monday), before heading to the tanning salon (no joke!).

Spears, who recently flubbed her big comeback at the VMAs, failed to obey a judge's orders to meet with a drug counselor, submit to drug testing, enroll in parenting classes and sign the judge’s order that she would do all these things. The last draw came over the weekend, when paparazzi photographed Spears driving with her two boys in the car, despite the fact she does not have a valid California driver's license.

Other things Spears did yesterday after loosing custody of her kids: -got some burgers at Carl’s Jr -went to the DMV -faked & baked -hung out at the Peninsula Hotel

Things she will do today: -pick up RX for sleeping pills -get In & Out Burger for breakfast -down entire RX of sleeping pills down with a margarita -OD wearing a Marilyn Monroe wig
