Justin Timberlake is entering the leagues of Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz. The platinum selling “Sexy Back” singer has launched his own record label, Tennman Records. Timberlake will serve as chairman and CEO of the label, which is really a subsidiary of Interscope. No signings have been announced yet for the label, but former Sony BMG Entertainment VP of A&R Ken Komisar will serve as president of Tennman Records.Timberlake, who has been writing songs with Reba McIntire recently, and has worked with producers like Timbaland and the Neptunes (Chad Hugo and Pharrell Williams), had this to say about his new label: "We are all excited about the talent we have to offer already on our roster and I cannot wait to introduce the world to my new discoveries." Timberlake will continue to release his own material on Jive.
