Some friends of mine told me about this and I just didn’t believe them. But this video clip pretty much proves they weren’t lying. This past weekend at Brooklyn’s Luna Lounge, Lady Sovereign the self-penned “biggest midget in the game” was to take the stage at 2AM for an announced gig. Soon 2:30AM rolls around, then its 3AM and people are getting drunker and more pissed. Miss Sovereign finally shows around 3:30AM. And instead of singing tells everyone she will be homeless in 10 months, disses America, shows her self-mutilation scars, and walks off stage before finishing her required 3-song set. People booed. Girl did not get paid and you end up feeling sorry for her. Sober up or get some prozac! The UK rapper is on tour opening for Gwen Stefani till the end of June.Lady Sovereign in better days:
