Album:The Doors Live In Boston '70
After Jim Morrison indecently exposed himself on stage in Miami during the Doors 1969 tour, the band were forced to cancel shows. The following year, in support of Morrison Hotel and what would be the Doors’ final tour with Morrison, the band roared back with a full-blown tour. The tour's first stop at the Boston Arena on April 10, 1970 will be available for the first time as a three-disc set. The Doors Live In Boston '70 is out on Rhino Records beginning July 24th. Stores will carry the collection for $29.98 and the set will be available digitally for $24.99 at www.thedoors.com.The collection is three hours of music from keyboardist Ray Manzarek, drummer John Densmore and guitarist Robby Krieger. The set also has Jim Morrison being his drunken usual self that night in Boston, coughing up spoken work about Adolf Hitler and stumbling in the midst of the performance: "Adolf Hilter is still alive. I slept with her last night." Classic. The Doors Live In Boston Track Listing:Disc 1 -- First Show1. "Start"2. "All Right, All Right, All Right!"3. "Roadhouse Moan"4. "Roadhouse Blues"5.
