Snow Patrol spent all summer recording their fifth studio album. They jammed in Berlin's Hansa studios, as well as the Grouse Lodge way out in bumble Ireland with producer Jacknife Lee. In the end they came up with A Hundred Million Suns, which drops October 28th.
"I'm so proud of this record," lead singer Gary Lightbody said via a press release. "Everybody played out of their skin. Garret (Jacknife Lee) continued his progression from maverick genius to one of the best producers in the world. Musically, lyrically and sonically the best record we've made"

I'm totally stoked about this album!
:D Can't wait. I've been a fan of Snow Patrol since they were a small local band playing in bars. They haven't released a bad album yet, so fingers crossed it stays that way!
