Liz Phair, Cut Copy Heading Out On Late Summer Tours

In continued celebration of the 15th anniversary of Liz Phair's Exile in Guyville the born again indie rocker will perform the album in its entirety at the end of August: August 27 at Theater of the Living Arts in Philadelphia; August 28 at 9:30 Club in Washington DC; and August 29 at The Paradise in Boston. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, July 23 via Ticketmaster. Phair is also working on a new fall release. Phair got some pretty bad reviews for her "Chicago Guyville show at":http://www.suntimes.com/entertainment/1023344,CST-FTR-phair25.article the end of June. Would you still go see her or is she so passe?

In other tour news after a really short set at Pitchfork Music festival Cut Copy is heading out on the road this September and October with fellow dance-rockers the Presets. The tour, in support of Cut Copy's In Ghost Colours and the Presets Apocalypso, kicks off following Denver's Monolith Festival.

I would if it was free or someone paid for it....I can't believe it's been 15 years since Exile in guyville!!! I must be getting old. I liked that album , but that song---what was it--that came out a few + years ago---the one about holding hands a lot or something-disappointed me.
