$160 million. What I would do with that kind of money? The price of gas sure wouldn't be an issue. Private jets, round the world trips...lots and lots of Chanel handbags and of course, world peace. $160 million dollars!
That's the lump sum of money the victim in the Remy Ma case is asking for in a civil suit against the guilty rapper. Makeda Smith-Barnes, Remy Ma's former BFF was shot in the torso in front of Manhatten night spot Pizza Bar after she thought Smith-Barnes took $3000 from her purse last July. Now, the former BFF is asking for a minimum of $160 million in compensatory and punitive damages, plus court fees from Rem and other defendents including Rem's label the Universal Music Group. Rem, 27, was convicted this past March of attempted coercion, criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of first-degree assault. A former member of Fat Joe's rap crew, Terror Squad, Rem is currently serving an eight year jail sentence for the charges at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women.
Smith-Barnes says she suffers severe pain and mental anguish, and is still unable to perform the normal functions of her job. Remy Ma is being held accountable for the first $100 million, while Remynisce Records, Sure Shot Records, the Universal Music Group, Universal Music Investments, Universal Music Group Distributions and Universal Music Canada are also named in the lawsuit since they promoted the incarcerated rapper's public image in the past. They have until July 14th to respond to the civil suit.

Well given the choice I'd go $100 Mil for the leg. Insane amounts of money either way, what's the dif. 100 or 160 Mil, but bullet in the leg vs. gut - big difference
I don't want to get hurt regardless of the amount of money I may could get because my life would not be the same as an active individual.
I just think of the physical therapy and all the help I would need to recover. =(
But it is tempting to want that type of money! I mean I should could use $160 million dollars but I would use that money to help the world in so many ways! [Ex: Education!!] Thanks for sharing.
Oh quit being a wimp Serenity, ahahaha! With all that money you'd get you could afford the best physical therapists in the world & be back to normal in no time. Man up woman, man up! heh
