A Loveless so clear and pristine you can smell the reverb? Well, not quite, but My Bloody Valentine will be re-mastering their two most epic albums just in time for "their summer European tour and fall US jaunt,":http://www.myspace.com/mybloodyvalentine kicking off on June 20th with a 5 night stint at London's Roundhouse.
Frontman Kevin Shields remastered 1991's Loveless as well as 1988's Isn't Anything. While new scripture from Shields graces the new footnotes to the albums, the new version of Loveless will be a two-disc affair, one part original album, the other part original analogue tape recordings of the album, "says NME.":http://nme.com/news/my-bloody-valentine/36623Both will be released on June 16th.Personally I will be snatching up the remastered version of Loveless, which I think is way better than Isn't Anything. Anyone challenge me?
