Joining Jay-Z this year on Glastonbury's famed Pyramid stage as headliners are The Verve and Kings Of Leon.The Kings of Leon will headline the Pyramid Stage on the Friday night (June 27th), while Jay-Z will play on Saturday (June 28th) and The Verve will close out the festival on the Sunday (June 29th).Other performers billed for the event include Neil Diamond, Leonard Cohen, Hot Chip, and British Sea Power. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks. People can currently register for tickets at the "Glastonbury Festival Web site":http://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/, with tickets going on sale April 6th. The Glastonbury Festival will be held on the weekend of 27th, 28th and 29th June 2008

SA says A big "meh" for the headliners as far as I'm concerned. Last year with The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, and The Who (was it The Who? Can't remember) they had better.

Charley Rogulewski says SA, i couldn't agree with you more. I am more psyched for oldtimers Neil Diamond and Leonard Cohen than any of the headliners. Bonnaroo's line-up is tops with me thus far. I can't believe Radiohead isn't headlining. Kanye West shoudl be there. My Bloody Valentine, who just reunited should be on Glastonbury's list too. More to come, though. We shall see. P.S. that killers set from last was my fav. highlight.
