Kid Rock's Waffle House Case Put On Backburner

People where pissed last October when news hit they had missed the opportunity of being innocent bystanders at an Atlanta-area Waffle House scuffle that led to Kid Rock taking another mugshot.Rock reportedly got into a fight with a man heckling his entourage. The heckler was charged with one felony count of second degree criminal damage to property because he broke a window.The case, is now scheduled for February 4th, and according to the Dekalb County Solicitors Office may or may not go forward, pending more evidence.
