Tilda Swinton has an Oscar and now she's got a spot on Patrick Wolf's fourth studio album The Bachelor, out digitally on June 2nd. The goth-meets-electronica multi-instrumentalist and recent NYLON Records signee Wolf broke through with 2007's The Magic Position. On this new one, the first in a series of two albums that "narrate a story of pessimism regarding love" Wolf not only finds himself making sweet symphony with the artsy Swinton on the Bachelor's "Oblivion", but other album tracks feature Atari Teenage Riots' Alec Empire, British folk singer Eliza Carthy, and the synth-tastic Matthew Herbert.
A UK tour is set for this summer, but first a stop for Wolf at NYC's Le Poisson Rouge tonight (May 6th.)

Nice one! So far I'm very pleased from what I've heard off the new Wolf.
