On the heels of announcing a curtain call of 10 London shows, the King Of Pop is suing mad. Usually on the other end of the lawsuit, Michael Jackson has turned the tide on Julien's Auction House, which is currently holding some of his assets, namely his rock hall of fame worthy jeweled left-hand glove, the gates to Neverland, child statues (weird), a Rolls Royce and some other 2,000 items. The Beverly Hills-based auction house removed the items from Jackson's Neverland Ranch using 10 semi-trailer trucks, according to an LA Times report, and plans to put them up for bidding April 22-25th. If all goes well the auction house could rack in $3 mil.
Jackson's company, MJJ Productions, is suing saying that Julien's Auction House broke a contract that was suppose to let him view photgraphs of the items and then choose what he wanted to be kept from being put on the block.
"The conduct of the defendants was malicious, fraudulent, extreme, outrageous and without any legal justification whatsoever," documents filed on behalf of Jackson at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday stated.
"If it is true and he is stating that there are items he does not want sold," auction house owner Darren Julien retorted, "why would he have ever given us the items in the first place? We are an auction house, and that is all that we do. We are not a mover or storage facility."
Michael, it's time to let the baby statues go.

Nose? He wants more than that back. But this Robert says he gets it, and Micheal moonwalks his way back to #1. He's the king of musicial re-invention. How many child stars ever get past that? Although he's his own worst enemy, he's not going to mess up. He needs the money one more run would at the top would bring him.
This king has no clothes, and his attempt at career resuscitation will be DOA. Stick a fork in him, he's done.

He should see if they accidentally took any of his skin pigment and loaded that on a flat bed...
Or at least search through that stuff to try and find his sanity...he's been looking for that for years.
As for a comeback...does anyone remember "Blood On The Dance Floor"? Unfortunately, the former prince of pop has shown he has one sound, and he's stickin' with it...like AC/DC, except terribly dated.
