Clapton & Winwood Reunite For NYC Concerts

Eric Clapton is hooking up with another friend who's got "a rock n roll heart," Steve Winwood, for a three night run of shows at New York's Madison Square Garden. It will be like a mini-Blind Faith reunion but sans Ginger Baker and Ric Grech, the latter passed away in 1990. The last time Blind Faith played MSG was on July 12, 1969. The band finished the tour promoting their eponymous and only album, Blind Faith. By October of 1969 Blind Faith was no more.The Winwood/Clapton shows are set for February 25th, 26th and 28th.
