Coachella 2008 Dates Set, Stagecoach Line-Up Announced

The dates for the 2008 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival have been set. The festival will take place at its usual location in Indio, California from April 25th-27th. The line-up will be revealed at the beginning of next year. Each year the festival manages to bring some sort of reunited band to the stage. Last year's festival drew a sold out crowd for the reunited Rage Against the Machine. Rumors for next year include a reunited My Bloody valentine taking the stage. Festival promoter Goldenvoice also announced the line-up the second Stagecoach Country Music Festival. The festival will also be held in Indio, California. Between May 3rd and May 4th major country acts like Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Big & Rich, Carrie Underwood, Gretchen Wilson, Dwight Yoakam willtake the stage along with the reunited Judds.Others on the Stagecoach bill include: George Jones, Trace Adkins, Dierks Bentley, Earl Scruggs, Ralph Stanley, Kellie Pickler, Shooter Jennings, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Dan Tyminski, Ian Tyson, Jack Ingram, the Isaacs, Bucky Covington, Riders In The Sky, Kentucky Headhunters, Michael Martin Murphey, Cherryholmes, J.D. Crowe, Wylie & The Wild West, Red Steagall, Luke Bryan, Halfway To Hazard, Billy Joe Shaver, Ryan Bingham, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Waddie Mitchell, Crystal Shawanda, Jypsi and the Greencards.Not into country music? Festival goers can attend lasso and roping clinics, mechanical bull rides and a BBQ contest. Tickets go on sale November 16th via Ticketmaster.

  2. Chesney12 says Fortunately, every month there are a lot of events where one can enjoy his time and entertain his self. For example, there are great events that worth attendance like Coachella which provides different kinds of entertainment. And really this festival is ultimately attended. But every time in such hot events the problem of tickets is disturbing. Lately, I discovered an interesting website where to compare ticket prices for free and I find that it’s a great idea because this way I can find the cheapest offer.
