Mike Watt Keeps Busy With Funanori, Stooges and Missingmen

Although Mike Watt is booked for the Stooges tour through mid-September, He remains busy with his many side=projects. First there's his collaboration with with Go! Team guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Kaori Tsuchida, Funanori. The duo EP, called A Tiny Twofer, features the Tokyo band LITE and artwork by Watt pal Raymond Pettibon. A Tiny Twofer will be released in the UK September 3rd on Transduction Records and as a possible October release in Japan. No release date has been set for the US. You gotta buy the import.Watt is mixing his fourth Dios album this fall and preparing another opera with his Missingmen trio, according to Pitchforkmedia.com.
