Here's one from the Carson Mcullers. The New Messengers' bassist, Jamison, asked me to help him record some songs he had written based on his mother's murder and the lengthy fallout which ensued.
I immediately jumped at the chance.Backed by Nevin from French Kiss Coma, Britney from Mexico Electric, and featuring Lewis Harris (Pent-up House) on bass. We recorded the songs over July and August. Kramer (Shimmy/Second Shimmy) mixed and mastered it last month. It finally got here a week ago.
I don't want to go too much into specifics, but there's some really great music on this record that comes from a remarkable place.This one features Britney on vocals.
