the Mexico Electric's debut, Whisky Trains & Angels, features members of Charleston's French Kiss Coma trading off with Jitterbug and Rain's Brit Byers to create a blend of rock, folk/ noise. FKC's Nevin Cahill in turns croons and shreds. Brit's voice possesses a grit informed by a passion beyond her youth. The record was recorded at Taxi Recordings and mastered by Kramer and I'm informed that the band has recently begun shopping it. Enjoy!
