WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Isaac Brock of Modest Mouse saw to it that Wolf Parade was signed to Sub-Pop records. He also produced their debut album Apologies to Queen Mary, prior to which they had already self produced two EPs and an EP on Sub-Pop. Spencer Krug of Wolf Parade (And Frog Eyes, if you want to get technical. He used to be in Frog Eyes, now he kind of is) was very good friends with Carey Mercer of Frog Eyes. (Such good friends, some will debate, that he even stole his innovative style of music, added Hadji's theremin and ported it to Wolf Parade) Wolf Parade now tours with Frog Eyes, wherein Spencer plays with Frog Eyes and Wolf Parade. Spencer also has a side solo project by name of Sunset Rubdown, of which has produced an EP and two LP's and has since blossomed into a full fledged band. In ADDITION, Spencer has also started another side-side project, sort of like an indie-supergroup of sorts, called Swan Lake, amalgamated(reunited...in a sense) again with Carey of Frog Eyes and Daniel Bejar of Destroyer and The New Pornographers. All of this within the timespan on about 3 years.Sometimes, the circuity of the universe baffles my mind.Also. That's like...50 songs written, at least, by Spencer Krug alone. My question is, how can one man have so many good fucking songs? How can one man have so many tricks up his sleeve? How?
