Surely the DVD's are available in the U.S. now?. to get round the region thing,copy them to your P.C...try this: http://dvdshrink-2008.org/?gclid=CKS7t-CPx5MCFQbclAodVxviCA ..as long as they are for your personal use,i see no "ethical" problems here.."DVD shrink" takes the region code off..the resulting disks should play in every current DVD player...

ya, i forgot to mention i was quite strapped for cash at the time i was watching my friend's uk version of the dvd's...now, i suppose it would be easier to buy the u.s. ones. but thanks for the dvd shrink anyway. i'm sure i could use that at some point in time. (my friend who has the discs is in the uk now, would be a bit of trouble to get them from him now :)
