This is a really cool solo interpretation, played on an acosutic bass guitar, which is a nice change from typical lazy strum along singer-songwriters.

I'v been a fan of Bright Eyes (aka Conor Oberst) for quite a while and am just discovering the work of Commander Venus, the band he fronted when he was only seventeen. It's certainly interesting hearing his young, raw vocals and early songs in contrast to his current output. This is the first song off their first full length LP.
