I'm Ready

Being the obsessive Andrew McMahon fan that I am, I ordered pre-sale tickets to see Jack's Mannequin the second they went on sale. I couldn't help it. I was totally freaking out. Anyway, I just got an email saying that because I ordered pre-sale tickets I get a special wristband that allows me to enter the venue before the doors open to non-presale buyers!!! YAAAAAY! That means I can get way up close to the staaaaage!!!! I'm so very jump-up-and-down-excited. This'll be my second time seeing Jack's. I saw them last summer at the Tweeter Center when they were on tour with OAR. Not a big fan of the Tweeter Center... I like to be able to actually SEE the bands that I'm going to see. And it always seems to rain like hell when I go there. I'm really excited about this show because the venue is pretty small. And indoors. I'm hoping they'll play "American Girl" again because it's a pretty great cover. And also "Katie," the song Andrew wrote for his sister. I have a very crappy version that someone recorded at one of their shows and I can't stop listening to it. It's very sweet. Anyway, can't wait til I receive my extra special wristband. This is gonna kick ass.
