I once had the same mindset 'bout the 80's. But being in my 20's at the time, and a HUGE hunger for music, I found what I'd thought were the gems of the days. Seems to me U2 was around back then. You know Sunday Bloody Sunday? Or World Party covering Bob Dylan (I'll save that one for SUTC). Or the following, Talk Talk - Life's What You Make It!
