"The Southland's Bleeding" is one of only three songs sung by Waylon Jennings on this album so I guess you can't really call this a "Waylon Jennings" Album although he is the Narrator of the story. This is an Early Concept Album/Story Album which originated in London back in 1978 which is probably why it never made the mainstream here, That or I Missed it back then which is totally possible.T
