WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Concentrate

Posted over 2 years ago
Can I tell you about my favorite album to work to?I bought this when I was 12 or 13, and hated it. Then when I was 16 I gave it another chance and have ever since have had it on loop when I do my painting. If you've ever seen my stuff, it is rather fitting.Funny thing about this album, ever since high school my friends who were punk, goth, skinhead, hippie whathaveyou...they all loved it and bought it too. In fact, I had 3 roommates over the course of time and they always asked "where's that Church album?" because they liked doing homework to it, or any other task requiring a bit of concentration. Most people say techno music is the best to do writing to and all that stuff because it is repetitive beats, but I guess that rule can bend. What albums do you listen to when you are working on something, yet you need music that allows you to concentrate?

  4. NinjaSquirrel says I put on anything that has simple lines and coruses. Usually along the lines of Fall Out Boy, June, or Blink 182. Only because i know it all by heart and it doesnt stop me from doing something to remember lyrics. Plus it's energetic so the time goes by fast.
