WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Insufficient Funds.

It's been what seems like forever since my last blog. I've since given up my extensions and settled on my drab, natural hair length. I'm soon going to be cutting it though so that it isn't all one disgustingly boring length, bleaching the underparts of my hair and then coloring them "tripped up turquoise". I figure it will look rather spectacular when I do my hair the way I have today. (Tiny twisted pieces pinned up in little twirls, it looks amazing from the back) I am however, waiting to make this change until I find a job that will allow such unconventional hair. I found a few job openings over on NW 23rd, as well as in the Alberta Arts district. Both of which unconventional hair helps your job search. Unfortunately my search for financial assistance for college is becoming quite slim. Due to circumstances out of my control, I'm unable to apply for financial aid. So I get to pay for summer and fall quarter out of pocket. $900 for summer quarter alone, that is before books and extra class fees. (Which there will be plenty of as the majority of my classes are art based) I'm incredibly bored right now. I've never been one to get bored, as I believe that life is too short to ever be bored. However I'm stuck at work for another half of an hour, with nothing to do but listen to children attempt to break the glass door while their parents sit in the waiting area. I'm none too thrilled about my current situation.Let's hope it changes for the better, very soon.

  1. dj ivi says ouch! it sucks that education and health care are the 2 most important things in this country. our "leaders" want us to be sick and dumb so they can roll right over us. good luck! education is always money well spent.
