The first finished piece of music from The Raveonettes’ fourth LP, In & Out Of Control, was unveiled yesterday on Pitchfork. “Suicide” —a sugar-coated, 60s-meets-shoegaze anthem— charmed staffer Tom Breihan into claiming that “[Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo] know exactly how to make their tingly, sinister Spector-sounding pop resonate exactly right.” And resonate it does.
