I believe you're having a presidential election some time soon in the USA. This is Freddie McGregor's take on the George Jackson/George Soule 1973 country soul classic, encouraging voters to engage with the political process, recorded at Muscle Shoals. This particular cut dates from 1974, and was released on Alphonso Bailey's World Champ imprint. Backing is by the Soul Syndicate.
