Following the death of Isaac Hayes a few weeks ago, it is no exaggeration to say that an era has come to an end.There really are few words in the lexicon that can do justice to his writing talent. He moved easily from the pop-soul of the early days at Motown to the psychedelic sounds of the early seventies without missing a beat, then slipped easily into the disco era with "Car Wash". It is no exaggeration to say that his songs will be played for as long as music exists. Among the hundreds of unforgettable tunes he wrote with Barrett Strong were "Ain't Too Proud To Beg", "Papa was A Rolling Stone", and the greatest of them all - *THIS*
