Happy Saint Patrick's Day

Posted almost 4 years ago
It IS a great day for the Irish. I am all set for the Saint Patrick's day feast. Corned beef and cabbage and potatoes and a keg o guiness! And ofcourse Saint Patrick's prayer to start off the celebration. After all, this day is more than leprechauns and clovers. An excerpt from Saint Patrick's Prayer:I arise today Through God's strength to pilot meGod's might to uphold meGod's wisdom to guide meGod's eye to look before meGod's ear to hear meGod's word to speak for meGod's hand to guard meGod's way to lie before meGod's shield to protect meGod's host to save meFrom snares of devilsFrom temptations of vicesFrom everyone who shall wish me illAfar and nearAlone and in multitudeAmen
