Ah, the Mid-West. A slower way of life, where the airport McDonalds stops selling breakfast at 10 am (!!!!). Luckily, i slid in with 2 minutes to spare and hot some hotcakes and sausage that i'm sure will wreck havoc on my digestive track later.Whenever i come to a new city, i try and listen to/appreciate some local treasures, and one of my favorite bands, the Bad Plus, are 2/3 a Minneosta band,

I will be heading to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada tomorrow to fulfill some Frank Black dot net duties, as well as visiting my friend Dean out there. It should be a great week full of lots of great music (2 Frank Black shows) and musical discussion, and i will try my best to post some pictures/video/audio/text of my adventures in the Great White North.
