   steve simon says yes, i just got this great disc of cool french cocktail like music that is great called Pink Martini, disc is called sympahique. also i have been listening to the Cat Power disc called greatest alot, it is killer. and you???????????

   B42 says I'm still playing catch up with a lot of the oldies; a lot of bluegrass on the ipod, Mississippi Slim, Hornsby and Skags, went on a Cracker jag for a few weeks after seeing them play locally. Also a lot of female singer songwriters; the new Joan Osborne is really a good listen if you're into that sort of thing, mixing up some oldies with some originals. Your listens always seem so much more worldly than what I'm used to, I have a lot of experimenting to do, fortunately.
