WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Sunday on top of the covers - How many artists have covered this song anyway? Probably too many to count but it almost always comes out sounding good

The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain performs "Smells like Teen Spirit"

this one was a fun find -

Patti Smith - Smells Like Teen Spirit, one of my favorite versions, also on Patti's album "Twelve"

Smells Like Teen Spirit [with lyrics]

If I knew how to post music in the comments I'd post a sweet lullaby version.

So the way I did it:

First get the HTML code from the "embed" feature. Doesn't matter where it comes from, could be from anyone's post. Copy that to the post you want multiple mp3's in. Then in a new tab upload an mp3. Then copy that excluding the ~ symbol at either end. Go back to the post you are working on and find the TWO places where there is an mp3 listed (In the original case that string of letters and numbers will refer to whoever's blog you got the embed code from) replace the existing mp3 at both places, with the one you just uploaded.

Next find the line that begins with: flashvars="info=http//mog.com/1/(here is where you replaced your uploaded mp3 with the one that was there already).mp3"> Go to the end of that line and delete all that comes after the last bit : .mp3">

That is delete from -br - table . . . . "all the way to the end. Include the symbol before br, I can't write it here because it shows up as HTML and is not seen by you all in the comments.

Does that sound complicated? Its actually not. I don't know HTML at all and just made some educated guesses. You can screw things up if you delete or leave just one little symbol so it may take a couple of tries to get the hang of.

I think we should lobby the powers that be to get rid of that rule. I mean everyone uploads in the comments anyways, and I like the ability to tell a story and relate multiple songs to it, within the text.

I haven't bothered to do it lately jeff, but this still works as far as I know....
